Yes. Starter includes a one-time onboarding and launch setup fee of $500, which covers account setup, phone number provisioning, workspace configuration, list import, your first campaign walkthrough, and basic team training. Custom packages include tailored onboarding.
What happens if we use more than the included usage?
Additional usage beyond what's included in Starter is billed monthly at volume-based rates. Use the calculator on this page to estimate costs. You only pay for what you use above your plan's included minutes, messages, and validations.
Do usage rates decrease at higher volumes?
Yes. AI voice, SMS, and validation rates decrease as your monthly volume increases. See the Additional Usage Rates section above for tiered pricing details.
Do we have to use managed campaign support?
No. Managed campaign support is completely optional. Many teams use the platform on their own. Campaign Assist, Campaign Partner, and Campaign Team are add-ons for teams that want hands-on help building and running campaigns.
What counts as an AI voice minute?
An AI voice minute is one minute of connected call time during an outbound AI voice campaign, including time spent speaking with a contact or leaving a voicemail. Time spent ringing with no answer is not counted.
What are email and phone validations?
Validations are data hygiene checks run on your contact records before outreach. Email validations verify deliverability and catch invalid addresses. Phone validations verify that numbers are reachable and correctly formatted, helping reduce failed outreach.
